  • Order cut-off time:
    • Orders must be placed at least 5 days before the delivery date (for shorter notice, please inbox the Mt Waves team and they will try their best to assist).
    • For large qty orders, please specify in the remarks column for further discussion.
  • Delivery arrangement:
    • Each order will be delivered to one location. Please refer to the following schedule for delivery days:
    • Monday, Wednesday, and Friday
    • Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday
      • New Territories
    • Delivery arrangement will be confirmed upon order placement.

  • Storage instructions:
    • Please see the expiration date at the bottom of the gelato cup. After receiving the product, please store in a freezer at -18°C as soon as possible.
